The CFF offers participants the opportunity to participate in the Cheer or Dance programs. Each cheer squad is assigned to a football team and cheers at their games as well as compete in the local cheer & dance competition. Dance teams are not assigned to a football team but they also compete in the local cheer & competition.
Opportunities are provided to participate in 7 age groups:
Flag: Ages 5, 6, & 7
Tiny Mite: Ages 5, 6, & 7
Mitey Mite: Ages 7, 8, & 9
Jr. Pee Wee: Ages 8, 9, 10, & 11
Pee Wee: Ages 9, 10, 11, & 12
Jr. Midget: Ages 10, 11, 12, & 13
Midget: Ages 11, 12, 13, 14, & 15
Teams are formed based on their abilities and can compete in three categories:
Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced

Congratulations to the North Raleigh Bulldogs Red JM football team and the Wake Forest Titan JM Cheer squad for winning National Championships at the Pop Warner Super Bowl.
