Volunteer Information
Pop Warner Little Scholars and all its regions, leagues and associations are all non-profit and depend on Adult Volunteers to provide the training ground for all of our young athletes. Every association in the Consolidated Football Federation can use parents and community members to volunteer as coaches, team parents, field maintenance, concessions, etc.
It is important to everyone involved in the Pop Warner program that our children are participating in an environment as safe as we can make it.

It is mandatory that all volunteers with direct, repetitive access to football and cheerleading participants complete a Pop Warner Volunteer Form and submit to a background check. Those who fall into this category include every Board Member of an Association, all rostered personnel, (coaches, asst. coaches, team moms or dads, and coach trainees).
Completion of the Volunteer form and background check are required prerequisites for issuance of a Pop Warner photo ID card. A photo ID will NOT be issued unless this above is complete.
A current Pop Warner Photo ID will be REQUIRED for anyone "inside the fence" , in the gym or within the practice area during practices, regular season games, cheerleading competitions, and post-season events. Anyone on the field ( inside the fence, etc.) with participants will be required to wear their photo ID at all times. Anyone without properly displayed photo ID's will be asked to leave the field area. This includes coaching staff during games… the ID's MUST be displayed!!! We must enforce this procedure to ensure that only those who have submitted to background checks have access to the kids.
